• Marine Mammal Health and Stranding Response Program
• Marine Mammal Protection Act (Title IV) and relevant regulations
• The Animal Welfare Act relevant regulations
• Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service relevant regulations
• Endangered Species Act relevant regulations
