Hand-Held GPS Devices

GPS marine hand-held GPS devices are an integral part of a mass stranding event and important for single animal strandings.  The locations of stranded animals must be identified and marked accurately in order to transport rescue and medical personnel to evaluate and treat the animals and to transport them to shore, and transport the animals to shore.  MMC is currently in need of 4 additional marine GPS hand-held GPS devices.  Donations of these devices are fully tax deductible.  If you are interested in donating one or more hand-held GPS devices, please contact us at (305)360-2130, or by email at donate@marinemammalconservancy.org.
